New Member Welcome Packet

When you join the membership you will be emailed a new member welcome packet that will include information on your membership

New Member Walk Through

Members will receive a phone call from their assigned RBG account representative to review and answer any questions about the membership and programs that RBG offers

Individual Account Representative

All members are assigned their own account representative to help determine, execute and implement programs

Our monthly newsletter provides information on new marketing programs, product services, educational information, industry news and links that provide valuable information for maximizing store sales

Competitive Edge Magazine

Monthly magazine that is sent to you via email that recaps all the different promotions and vendor emails from that month. 

The Independent Resource Guide

The Independent Resource Guide is a quarterly publication that is sent out via email and mail. It includes vendor advertising, educational information, articles, industry news and much more.

Blast Emails

Vendor programs and promotions will be sent out to members via email regarding promotion information or special program opportunities throughout the year
